Adjust height: Adjust the lip plate height, raising it slightly below the truck bed's floor level (leaving a 3-5cm buffer distance).

Connect to the cargo compartment: Slowly push the ramp forward to fully cover the rear edge of the cargo compartment (overlap ≥ 10 cm). Flip the lip plate hook to secure it and attach the safety chain.

Slope Transition: Extend the transition plate and pull out the extended ramp at the rear of the bridge body to form a gentle slope against the ground.

Load Testing: Have the forklift enter the bridge deck empty, pause at midpoint, observe for stability, and gradually increase the load to rated capacity.

Operations: Maintain a speed ≤5 km/h; sharp turns or sudden braking on the bridge deck are strictly prohibited.
