Fixed Hydraulic Dock Leveler is an excellent auxiliary equipment for efficient material handling. It can move freely within containers, providing lightweight and efficient operation. Loading docks are equipped with anti-slip surfaces, anti-crush aprons, and emergency stop devices to minimize accident risks and ensure the safety of personnel and goods.
Free maintenance design idea for long run applications. Hydraulic driving system operates both the main deck and lip. The Pump, Pipe, and Tank are integrated under the deck. Hydraulic Velocity fuse (≤75 mm) ensures automatic stopping during heavy load failure.
Full range foot guards and penetrating safety support bars for maintenance. Front tubular hinge with 25mm diameter latch and galvanized long shaft surface treatment to prevent rust.
Main dock plate made of 8mm high-strength embossed non-slip steel. Extension lip plate is 15mm thick. Deck plate adopts 8 channels of unique 14# I-beam steel reinforcement.
